Ordering a Half or Whole Cow

Ordering a half or whole cow is the best value way to stock up on our 100% grass fed beef. Whole or half cows are custom butchered to your specifications. Fill out the form below to get your half or whole cow prepared exactly how you want it. The price for half and whole cows is by hanging weight, that is the weight of the sides of beef prior to being dry aged and butchered into individual cuts.
Half Cow – $9.00/lb
Whole Cow – $8.75/lb
Hanging weights for a whole cow are typically between 550 and 750 lbs and between 275 and 375 lbs for a half cow. Some weight is lost during the aging and butchering process to trimming and evaporation of moisture. The beef is vacuum packed and frozen after butchering. Cows are sent to the butcher on the second Tuesday of each month and the beef is ready to be picked up/delivered 2-3 weeks later.

After you submit your order form you will be contacted to confirm your order and notified of when it will be available for pick up/delivery. Then, to finalize your order you are required to submit a $250 deposit for a half cow order or a $500 deposit for a whole cow order via e transfer to [email protected] You will be contacted again with the final price for your order once we know the exsct hanging weight for your half/whole cow. The final payment can be made by e transfer prior to pickup/delivery of your beef or with cash when you receive it.
